Traveling as Couple
This hotel did not meet up to the four star rating. The hotel charged astronomical amounts of money for everything. The bottle of water in the room, a regular nestle bottled water cost $3.95. Local calls cost $1.50 and 1-800 numbers cost $2.95. It was a nice room and nice facilities, but was really not up to standard. In room movies still in theater cost $15. Not bad, except the quality was extremely poor. We lost the last 20 minutes of the in-room movie we bought. There was no audio and a big black line in the middle of the screen. Beautiful location with west-facing rooms overlooking the rocky mountains. Hotel recently renovated so it is gorgeous now. Room outstanding.

The hotel was great and had great facilities. I did not like having to pay $10 a day for internet. However, the wireless internet in the lobby is free. If they can make it free in the lobby, it should be free in the rooms too. ...read more
